“DARK AND STORMY” ENDING

 

….. Slowly, I rose and walked to the door.

 

What a surprise! There, in front of me, stood a man I recognized as John Beresford Tipton. He handed me a check for one million dollars!

 

After I was revived with smelling salts, I effusively thanked Mr. Tipton who was more concerned with my health than the money. He left, leaving me shaking with anticipation of what I would do with so much money.

 

Being a gambling man, I rushed to the Immokalee Casino, had an incredible streak of luck, turning my millions to close to a half a billion dollars! I was politely asked to leave and was escorted, rather unceremoniously, to my car by an ex-wrestler who wished me a lot of luck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Using those winnings, I became an amazingly successful venture capitalist, amassing billions!

 

With this great fortune, I backed my brother’s run for the Presidency of the United States, spending huge sums of my fortune on his behalf of his candidacy.

 

He lost by over ten million votes!

 

Me? I’m still looking for Mr. Tipton.

 

And I haven’t spoken to my brother for years!
